If I agree to working with you, I will send you a form to fill out with any information about the commission such as references, ideas...etc.

Terms of ServiceBy commissioning me, you understand and agree with the terms down below.

Detailed character designs-I am fine with drawing Furries and Anthros however any NSWF themes will need to be discussed and will have a fee associated with an NSFW commission
~NSFW/Fetish commissions are very tentative and will have a 50% upfront fee, if at any point in the commission I am too uncomfortable to continue, you will be notified and you will receive a full refund.
+Mecha is a very tentative commission theme as I am not fully comfortable with drawing Mecha, however I am fully open to discussion.What I will not draw:Old people
Religious themes
Character(s) with IRL references
Minor/Minor presenting Character(s) in any NSFW setting/theme
Anything relating to racial discrimination
Anything relating to Political beliefsPlease contact me for further explanation or if you have any question!Additional characters• Please multiply the price of the commission by X number of characters!Deadlines• Deadlines are allowed however please be reasonable in your deadline request as I do have a job/life outside of artwork.Please note there will be an added fee for deadlines based on complexity of the character and the proximity of the deadline, this will be discussed prior and is a non-refundable fee.Waiting List• Please DM me for waitlist informationCancellation and refundsIf I have not yet started working, you will be refunded 100% of the commission.
If I have completed the sketch, you will be refunded 75% of the commission.
If I have started/completed inking, you will be refunded 50% of the commission.
If I have started/completed shading, you will be refunded 25% of the commission.
If the commission is complete, you will not get a refund.Commercial Purposes• Commercial Use will incur a fee of 2x the commissioned price unless discussed prior!Fees and Other Information• Fees may apply for Detailed character designs. This fee will be discussed prior to me starting your commission and will be based on severity of the complexity.
• I own the right to decline your commission if it doesn't meet my TOS standars or/and if I feel uncomfortable about it.
• Fees will apply for major changes to your commission once started-
Sketch- Unlimited Revisions
Lined- 25% of the commission
Colored- 50% of the commission
Shaded- 75% of the commission
This fee is non-refundablePayment• I will not start working on your commission until I receive 50% payment upfront (PAYPAL).payment plans can be discussed and must be discussed prior to starting
• The currency accepted is USDProcess• It can take me to days to months to complete your commission, depending on the complexity of it, and how heavy my work load is both art wise and job wise! Please do be patient with me.
• I will send you Work in progress and you will be able to ask for minor revisions.
• Revisions will not be accepted once I’ve completed your commission!Rights and Usage• Do not claim, edit, trace, copy, repost my artworks in any circumstances without my consent.
• You do not own the right to use your commission for commercial purposes such as merch, t-shirt, prints etc..., unless both the commissioner and artist agreed to do so, according to Commercial purposes (see below).
• You are allowed to animate – to make somebody animate your commission!
• You are allowed to use your commission as your desktop background, online avatar! Credit isn’t necessary but highly appreciated!
